Dynamics 365 for finance and operation - Users not seeing correct data on form
Recently we got complains from users that they are not seeing the latest data on form in D365F&O As per knowledge this issue caused due to cache problem and refresh issue For now as a workaround we got two options from Microsoft Workaround 1: For the user not seeing correct data, have them make an edit on the form to trigger a cache re-read of the real record. (which as per Gadi is not helping) Workaround 2: Try forcing a SysCacheFlush across AOS's via this menu item: https://[---URL---].dynamics.com/?mi=SysClassRunner&cls=SysFlushData&cmp=[--DATAAREAID--]
